Exceptional view studio Ocean parking pool tenni

The studio is ideally located on the beachfront, with direct private access to Milady Beach. The residence is secure. The swimming pool and tennis courts are private. The residence is a 30-minute walk from the city center. Buses take you there in 5 minutes but the hike is much more pleasant 😊A Thalasso is located right next to the residence. A golf course and a children's playground are 5 minutes away. The apartment has been completely renovated. The double bed in 140 is very comfortable, the sofa bed also . Hope you enjoy !!

Apartment on the second floor, spacious second floor, crossing the dune dune, allowing walking access to the beaches of Penon and Le Agréou beaches, convenience stores, summer market, entertainment sites (skate park, Atlantic park) and close to the forest for walks or running under the pines. Well equipped, not overlooked, ideally located in the seaside resort and no parking problem. Feel on vacation!
