Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO the LAKE : 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800m²). The beach is 50m from the house.

Come and enjoy a superb view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 40 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. Stay in the countryside in an unpretentious private 50 m2 garden floor. Ideal for athletes in love with nature. Be careful, the owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located 5 min drive from Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does not allow pets. Hervé, astronomy enthusiast can make you observe the sun and the moon with dedicated instruments.
