Sleeping loft with two 120 beds, sleeping alcove with two beds, living room with kitchen area, shower, toilet, drying cabinet and ski storage room. The accommodation is ski in ski out, you can easily slide down to the sitting hoist in less than a minute. -Fully a kitchen with a striking view. - Living room with TV and panoramic window. - Two bedrooms each with 2x90 cm beds, brand new. - A WC. - Sauna and bathroom, renovated in 2022. - Storage with room for equipment. - Small laundry room. - Pet-free and smoke-free. - Age limit - 25 years (children in guardian company are warmly welcome). - Departure cleaning is managed by tenants.

A wonderful cabin - real getaway in Storhogna

Rent our truly wonderful cabin, suitable for 1-6 persons. Fantastic location up in the Swedish mountains called "fjällen". The house newly renovated, with new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom and sauna. Grocery stores 10 minutes away by car. Restaurants just a few minutes away. Easy car ride (no dirt roads) from Stockholm with car, train/coach or by air. Do walks and treks in the summer or Alpine skiing in winter. We have 54 track/slopes in 3 areas on same skipass. NOTE - No pets allowed.

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Cozy guesthouse close to nature and Östersund

Fresh house where you can enjoy proximity to nature and lake. 10 km to Östersund and 90 km to Åre. Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk, swim or forest bath! Patio with awning and sunbeds. Car is helpful to have as it is 3 km to the nearest bus. Parking is available right outside the house and electric car charger is available for an additional fee. If cleaning is desired it can be ordered for an extra fee (see Other important things). No pets.

Lakeside holiday home with mountain view

This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Cozy attached cottage close to central Östersund, Ski arena and nature. Here you'll be able to enjoy your own private space including covered deck, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with a fireplace and a cozy sleeping loft. Please note that the ladder to the loft is steep and narrow. There's a cat and a dog living on the property so if you are allergic, this place is not for you. Parking included on the property.
