In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal alone. It is located in a rural location close to the lake, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders on a pasture with stream and chapel in the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

THE COUNTRY VILLA

With its 480sqm, the LANDHAUSVILLA offers plenty of space for you, your family and friends. A lot of light and a pleasant atmosphere await you as well as breathtaking views of the Alps. The living room pampers you with a fireplace and plenty of living space of about 40sqm. The dining room with its 38sqm and large dining table can accommodate at least 12 people. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. A 2000sqm garden is available.

The charming - in 2022 - completly renovated house is situated in the Top-Location of Bregenz with an overview to the Lake Constance and the City of Bregenz. The house offers with its 180m2 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathroom & WC, 1 guest WC and a spacious Living & Cooking area. There are also 2 balconies with lakeview available and your garden-area. For business trips we offer WiFi with 300Mbit, working space, parking and charging for your E-Car (at extra costs).

Villa64 is located right at the gate to Karwendel in beautiful Scharnitz. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Ideal starting point for hikes to the beautiful Karwendel with its source on the Isar! If you like sports, you can let off steam in the Bangerpark, the largest freestyle park, or watch the top athletes training from the balcony of the villa. A hot tub is also available to our guests upon request.
