Your holiday residence has a private sun terrace, where you can start the day with an extensive breakfast or sit back and unwind at the end of an active, eventful day. Enchanting, family-friendly villa on 206 m², on the 1st and 2nd floor, in the heart of Augsburg for large families or groups of up to 9 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms with king-size double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with tub. Additional toilet on the 2nd floor. Central, quiet location. In 15 minutes on foot at the town hall, with the tram line 2 (walk to the stop about 5 minutes) you are immediately in the city center.

The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal alone. It is located in a rural location close to the lake, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders on a pasture with stream and chapel in the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
