It is located in the middle of the harbor level in Hörvik, just a couple of meters from sailboats, and beaches. In the summer you can rent individual rooms or the whole house. During the low season, we only rent out the whole house. Newly renovated where sheets, towels & cleaning are included. During the summer, simpler breakfast can be offered. In summer, there is a pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. BBQ area, parking, large green area and close to forest and land. Open space on ground floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest.
