Recently renovated apartment (58m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom) in an old wooden house in the absolute center, very close to City Theatre. Peaceful yard with parking included. Bicycles at your disposal. The apartment is one of 6 in this family house. Common areas are on the upper floor where also self-service breakfast is served. There is a sauna, large balcony and lounge. Summertime there is also a large terrace with grill in the yard. Not suitable for parties.

In July 2018 completed apartment building with apartment for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of Härmä fitness centre. The fitness center has spa, restaurant and great indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The apartment is a bright, sauna room with a large glazed balcony. Bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed. In the kitchen, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, water and coffee maker.

Peaceful apartment in the center

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this quiet, centrally located apartment. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops within 200 meters. To the railway station 500 meters and to the bus station 800 meters. However, a very quiet courtyard apartment with park views. The apartment has just been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work downtown, so help is close by if you need it. Free parking is within close proximity.

This is a nice and peaceful place to stay!

Nice, renovated studio with a glazed balcony 3km from downtown and the train station. Stay on entertainment-filled summer weekends (e.g. Province, Tango Market). You can also settle here for a longer period of time, for example, for work or study days. Peaceful surroundings and jogging terrain right next door, as well as K-market. Bus route nearby. Relax in this peaceful and comfortable home!

Apartment with private parking in central Jakobstad

Spacious 64 m2 apartment on the second floor in the centre of Pietarsaari. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. A few steps from the house there is also Skolparken where there is a small playground for children and which is perfect for taking the dog for a walk. In the courtyard there is free private parking right outside the door. No lift in the house.
