Pet friendly house, great garden & near the beach.

Very well located pet friendly house! Great walking.Situated a 1 mile away from two gorgeous beaches, the Jurassic coast path & halfway between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. This very relaxed atmosphere is somewhere to rest your head and relax. If you are happy with a comfortable bed without the fancy frills this is the place for you! Self catering required. However, there is a friendly pub opposite which does food and drinks. Plenty of local places to eat and drink or various takeout options.

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

Guests have the whole place to themselves. This includes a bedroom, a bathroom and tea/coffee/toaster/fridge area. ☕️ Dishes and cutlery provided to make a cuppa, breakfast and snacks . Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Close to the centre of historic Totnes. Beautiful self contained room with private bathroom and terrace overlooking garden and Devon's rolling countryside. Fridge , kettle , toaster and coffee press are in the room for making snacks and beverages. Bread, butter and jams etc, cereal and fruit juices , tea and coffee are all provided for your breakfast. We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
