This adorable beach home has been completely updated and is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to escape to paradise. It is steps away from the beach and local waterfront restaurants. It's conveniently located just minutes from the supermarket and quaint downtown area. If you'd like to venture out, this house is in a great location to visit Flagler Beach, Ormond, Daytona, and my personal favorite, St. Augustine, is less than a one hour drive. So come and stay at 123 by the Sea.

The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath house just a short walk from the no drive beach. Full kitchen, comfortable dining area with large table, tv in the living room with Roku and HBO Max provided. WIFI throughout the house. Large privacy fenced backyard with seating, small grill and a dining area. Washer and dryer available. There are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a beach umbrella available for guest use. Master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin XL and there is a full size sofa bed.
