Located in the Dupleix district. I don't communicate the exact address until the reservation is confirmed. Apartment in a very secure residence 4 magnetic pass to access, guardian+video surveillance. It's close to the Eiffel Tower. You will appreciate the comfort, calm, its private terrace. Perfect for couples without children, solo or business travelers. You have nearby supermarkets, restaurants, bus, metro, cab, and Beaugrenelle shopping center. Only 1 single sofa bed with real luxury bedding.

Top-end studio with an amazing view

This top end studio recently renovated is the ideal starting point for your Parisian getaways. Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes and a unlimited data cellphone are provided to help you get the most of your trip. The area is great, full of cafés and restaurants and close to everything. The building is equipped with a swimming pool a sauna and a solarium (closed on Mondays).

Splendid 100 m2 /2 bedrooms/Big private garden.

Trendy Oberkampf/Bastille district. Lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Walking distance to le Marais (15 mn). Quiet, confortable and spacious apartment in a nice and secure building with concierge. Large salon and dining room with an open kitchen with all appliances. TV. Wifi. One master bedroom queen size 160 cm bed. A 2nd bedroom with two single beds that can be turned into a queen size bed on demand. One big bathroom (tub and shower). Separate toilet. 2 bikes for visiting Paris...
