It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.

Prime location on North Court Street in uptown Athens, within walking distance to Ohio University and many bars and restaurants. This entire apartment contains three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The apartment has one large bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Simply decorated and fully furnished with all the essentials to make for the perfect stay. I have 2 parking spots nearby for the apartment.

Just steps from the bike path and convenient walking distance for groceries, restaurants and all necessities. Across the street from Jackie O's Tap Room. You wont need to use your car at all and we have plenty of parking for it.
