Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you do not feed the animals. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell device for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is right outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and all the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

There is a kitchen minus oven,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet. Our guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full bed and twin bed .

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
