Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

Ski slopes at Katschberg and Sankt Miguel im Lungau (Großeck-Speiereck) are with less than 30 minutes close by. It's a serene spot for enjoying nature's beauty, far from the hectic world!

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The apartment has 120 m2 and offers a small garden which is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. Infrared cabin of Physiotherm and a sauna. On the first floor is one bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. From this centrally located accommodation you can enjoy in 5 minutes in Grünau im Almtal, in 15 minutes in Gmunden. On foot in 2 minutes at the supermarket and in 5 minutes by the alpine river.
