A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Guest house on small island, nice sea view

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Staying on an island adds an extra dimension to the tranquility. In summertime, the short crossing (400 meters) takes place to the island with a small boat that is included. In winter, a snowmobile shuttle takes place. Outdoors there is SPA baths that hold 38 degrees year round. There is also a wood fire sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin. Transfer to and from Luleå AirPort we can usually arrange for price surcharges. Ask us for this before you book.

Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in sofa bed (140cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private patio with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Centrally located villa in Öjebyn, near Piteå

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. The house itself is newly renovated inside and pictures will be updated shortly.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. To Piteå center it takes 10 minutes by car. Free parking and access to 11 kw electric car charger. Smoke and animal-free. Warm Welcome ! Ulrika

This charming house is 2,5 km from Piteå sea bath . Beach access and small boat and jetty . Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people . Living room with sofa bed and day bed . 2 rooms on the upper floor . Cute bedroom with double bed and combined study and bedroom with nice view. The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
