This is a stand alone studio cottage with a lovely screened porch. Our cottage is located on our 7 acre residential lot. This is not a rural property. We work hard on all our gardens, with a lovely pond . Perfect spot to enjoy the Autumn foliage as well to go off leaf peeping in the Adirondacks. You can take advantage of the Plattsburgh City Beach and two Local State park beaches within a few minutes drive, all beaches offer a sandy beach, and swimming.

Relax alone or with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and to the walking trail by the lake - and 1 hour from Burlington, Montreal, and Lake Placid. Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!

Plenty of on-site parking for boats/trailer. We are close to the NY ferry but you don’t need to take a ferry to get to our place.
