It has two double bedrooms upstairs plus a sofa bed in the living room along with two bathrooms. The front garden has a chill-out area and the back garden looks out over Red Mountain and the sea. There are two pools and a tennis court. There is also a park across the road, shopping centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beach bar at the end of the road.

Great terrace, remote work and sun

The apartment is located in a private residential area. A bathroom, a bedroom and a common space with a sofa bed, all equipped for our guests. It is fully accessible, without steps. The decoration is minimalist with a cozy touch, inspired by the island culture. It is very bright, with natural light in all parts of the house during the day. The great star of our apartment is undoubtedly the 100m2 terrace, which is very bright. The perfect space to remote work.

Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of La Tejita Red Mountain. The apartment has a terrace, bathroom with tub, equipped kitchen (no oven), and an interior room with double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, it has restaurants, shops and leisure. And an extensive park for walking, playing soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few relaxing days.

My beautiful and family apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat at delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, water sports or just lie on the sand. You will be welcomed as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb, it is not a Hotel but my house, with its virtues and flaws, but prepared with all the love to make your stay pleasant.
