Best location in CDA! Adjacent to city park and Centennial trail, two houses from beach. Three minute walk to resort and downtown. Fully detached guest house for privacy, separate entrance through English garden. Newly renovated (floors, bathroom, etc). One garage parking spot and two optional street passes. Kitchenette includes coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave. Queen bed and 450 sq/ft including dining and living areas with separate TV. So much nicer than a hotel!!!!!
