I only use this 1 bed to fill gaps when the larger listing for this home isn't rented (mostly midweek) Beautifully restored historic home, directly in town, steps away from the Pilgrims 1st settlement, ocean, award winning restaurants, historic attractions, shops, nightlife, entertainment, tours,ferries, etc. Directly on the town brook/gristmill. Deck with view, firepit, hot tub, grill. Comfortable/clean/cozy bed, working wood stove.

Come stay in the heart of Southie! Just a short walk to the beach, bars & restaurants. A 5-10 minute Uber into South End & Back Bay. The Master Bedroom has a king Bed with an ensuite bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, gas fireplace and is right across from the second full bathroom. The open kitchen living, makes for great entertainment space, which opens to a private deck. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. **outdoor furniture will be put away for the Winter in November & reassembled mid-May**
