Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche on the sea. I had a lot of fun renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cape Ferrat. Its central location close to the old city, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Studio with mezzanine very well equipped dishwasher coffee machine toaster air conditioning free wifi.Located in a pedestrian street 2 steps from the sea it is on the second floor with elevator and has a balcony with table and chairs.Many restaurants nearby as well as the famous flower market. The bathroom is equipped with a seviette shower gel dryer. The fridge has a bottle of Provence rose as a welcome gift. Two coffee pods for the first morning.
