In the small historic village of Maroulas, 3 km from the beaches and 8 km from Rethymno , small stone house cocoon of the country restored in minimalist style with swimming pool , splendid views of the white mountains of Chania and the village (tallest house) , first Venetian guard tower in the courtyard , suitable for a couple and two children ( sofa bed 2 places on the ground floor.). The house is very confidential without opposite.
