Il Granaio apartment La Scuderia 6 km from the sea

The holiday apartments of “Il Granaio” are located in the countryside of the Maremma Toscana about 6 km from the beach. They were built at the beginning of the 20th century as stables for the Quadruped Breeding Center and completely renovated and transformed into rustic apartments (Scuderia) in 1999, leaving the original architectural features intact. In 2003 the renovation was completed by completely rebuilding the barn and transforming it into comfortable two-room apartments (Fienile).

Our small property is located in the heart of Maremma, 10 km from the beautiful Argentario sea and 15 km from the evocative Maremma natural park. We are located 45 km from the famous baths of Saturnia. Just 12 km from Grosseto. Ours is a 100% pet friendly property, offering a large garden for our guests and their four-legged friends. Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with children, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UAE + Ozone lamps, I was already doing it before Covid 19, now more reasoned.
