Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

Best Located Apartment in Manta

Modern apartment with ocean views located in the best area of the city, a few meters from El Murciélago beach and a few meters from the luxury Mall del Pacífico and countless restaurants with the best local food. Excellent place to vacation or to TELEWORK. Extremely safe place - 24 hour security. We have high speed fiber optic internet. We have pool, sauna and jacuzzi (Open from Tuesday to Sunday). We have the best Ecuadorian coffee in our coffee station. We speak english and spanish!

The 1200 square feet condominium is located in the Poseidon Building on the Manta beachfront. The guest bedroom is ample in size has a view of the ocean & it’s own entrance to the side balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath and a side balcony as well. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, at times street noise may be audible until late into the night.

Fully equipped apartment for your vacation. We have 1 queen bed and 1 twin sofa bed, and if a corral crib is required, parking on the premises. The building has its OWN ELECTRICAL GENERATOR, Gym, sauna, 2 jacuzzis, sauna, swimming pools, barbecue area, 2 elevators, fire pump. The apartment is on the 9th floor which gives a spectacular, it also has a nice and cozy balcony that allows you to have a beautiful view of the ocean and the city.
