Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Villa have two big floors, on the ground floor have 3 bedrooms,toilet with shower,kitchen with all appliances,living room....on the first floor,have 3 rooms,living room,kitchen with all appliances,two toilet,one shower,see view,in front of the house is a large garden with a swimming pool 9x4m size, outside kitchen, barbecue, table tennis, foodbal pitch and trampoline. Posedarje has many restaurants, bars, shops, bakery, fish market, butcher.
