Dream view in Alvaneu, newly renovated penthouse!

Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. The average rating of over 450 online reviews is 4.85.

Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Davos Platz, direkt neben berühmte Bolgen Plaza und Talstation Jakobshorn. Ideale Ausgangspunkt für Freizeitaktivitäten im Sommer und Winter. Skilift, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars sind 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Bequemer geht es wirklich nicht mehr 😊 Außen Parkplatz ist Gratis. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Keine Partys.

Schöne Aussicht. Zentral, am Ende einer Strasse in der Sackgasse gelegen (kein Durchgangsverkehr), an Landwirtschaftszone grenzend (grün rundherum), extrem ruhig, mit viel Umschwung/eigenem Garten. Alles in Fussdistanz: Bäckerei (5 Min), Dorfzentrum (7), Gotschna-Bergbahnen (10). Schöner Chaletstil, ideal für 2 bis 3 Familien mit Kinder. Frisch renoviert (Dez 2022). Neu mit Sauna (Holz), und sanft ausgebautem Dachstock (niedrig; Spielraum Kinder, Arbeitsplatz oder zusätzliche Schlafplätze).

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi, the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf path, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)

The 3, 5 room apartment with terrace is very quiet and yet perfectly central. Bus stop and Coop can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. It offers enough space for 4-5 people and is fully equipped with all the extras in the kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, fondue sets etc.) and entertainment (Samsung Smart TV and Sonos Beam Sound System).
