We offer a cozy, quiet room including private shower room. When the weather is nice, you can see the mountains and it is only a few minutes by bike to Lake Chiemsee or the city center. A 50 "FullHD SmartTV (incl. Amazon Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, WiFi (32GB) as well as a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas complete the comfort. Parking is right in front of our house.

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, since we are not connected to the public transport network, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
