Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

The windows overlook a quiet pedestrian alley and communal swimming pool. The accommodation is light, spacious and well-equipped. Fast internet (600 Mbps) and a smart TV (e-channels & Netflix) are provided for your work and entertainment. We keep hygiene up to the highest standards. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Take the whole family to this fantastic home that has plenty of space to have fun. The development is new ,there is a part of it that is still under construction, with two pools, one of them for children. It is located at the seafront with spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset . The two beaches , the one AT PUNTA PRIMA and CALA FERRIS are walking distance. Stores, bars, restaurants are also within walking distance.
