Cozy house with ocean view and lagoon, home to beautiful birds! An ideal space to relax and enjoy as a family. This house, which we call Yeco for the bird, has a terrace with a view on both levels, private parking for 2 vehicles and an area for barbecues. The venue also features large green areas, a stove, and an access dock to the lagoon with great view. Steps from the Tottus and a 5-minute walk to the beach! It is welcoming, with everything you need for your family, steps from the sea, parking and patio with grass, grill, you feel the sea breeze. Comfortable bedrooms and TV with cable in two pieces, wifi. In general, I rent to families as the sector appeals to tranquility and relaxation. Preferred minimum stay 4 nights. Keys are only given to those who contracted because of Airbnb, lodging data is required for safety. Leasing to families only. Check in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 11.30 am.
