The Cabin is close to downtown and provides easy access to restaurants, entertainment and businesses. However, it sits on a peaceful 1.8 acres with room for boats and trailers. It has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a covered front porch to enjoy the tranquil setting. The cabin is recently built so everything is new and fresh! Best place in Arkansas for a peaceful getaway, just 30 minutes to Mountain View, 25 minutes to Batesville. Walk to the water. Perfect for reading, working (great wifi), relaxing, fishing, boating, birdwatching, spending time outdoors, and watching movies. Great for couples and families and pet lovers. Master has a king bed, guest room has a queen bed, the loft is great for one or two kids, the bunk beds are also good for kids. Couch and smart tv perfect for movie nights.
