You couldn't be in a better spot at Paraparaumu beach. located in a quiet street, with off road parking and plenty of privacy in our little cottage which is great for couples or a single person who are wanting to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet together. There are 9 steps down to the little cottage so, it's no good for anyone who has a physical impairment like wheelchair or walker. The bathroom is between the bedroom and kitchen, but this can be closed off from each end for privacy.

Relax with the family at our beautiful new house with stunning views out to Kapiti island, and a relaxing ambience. There is plenty of space here, with 4 bedrooms, (including master with en-suite), and a large, warm, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lovely outdoor area, including outdoor bath. 'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties.

WOW - what a view! This holiday unit (1 of 6) is right on Paraparaumu beach and has recently been renovated inside. Watch the sunset relaxing on the deck or wander down the private access to the beach for a walk or swim. If you would rather chill, there are lots of books & games to keep you entertained. Off street parking and only a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to local shops & restaurants. No smokers, pets or parties. Maximum 4 people.

Cosy, clean, light and breezy Guest house close to the quaint Raumati Village. We are just a minutes stroll to the beautiful boutique shops, Waterfront Pub, Boundary tap and kitchen and Margaret Road Bistro and wine bar. Thai and Malaysian restaurants and many other eateries. Take it easy and chill out at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to beach and three restaurants great for bush walks and bike rides. Excellent location for a stop over if travelling up north or wanting to go down south. Straight off the motorway 4 minute drive to the studio. Enough room to park trailer and car on the section If you love playing golf you have the golf course 3 minutes drive from the studio

Enjoy your time at our carefully styled holiday home in the heart of the Kapiti Coast, minutes drive to the beach, shopping, pub, train, Mazengarb reserve, Otaihanga and not far from the Southward car museum. Private, fully fenced and equipped for both long and short stays you’re guaranteed to be comfortable and relaxed during your time here. We just wish we could spend more time here ourselves.
