A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Lake, WiFi, email or mobile Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theater, Tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Our house is located 30 minutes from Berlin center, quiet on a protected landscape area . There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is usually only used as fishing waters. The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of the trend architect Jürgen Krüger! 130sqm can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV-Sat. We hope that we have found a cozy and warm interior style with the conversions and that for young and old what is included!

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It is located on a big yard where we also live. This unique home has a style of its own. The house is an open gallery home. There is no enclosed spaces except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace captures the sun rays from spring to autumn and is gladly used.
