The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Liebevolle Ferien-Monteurwohnung Nähe Linz. Wir leben sehr ländlich, jedoch nur 9km von der Hauptstadt Linz entfernt. Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber.
