Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Would you like to relax in a cultural ambience after skiing or hiking? Then our cozy, bright 3 1/2 room apartment in the former textile factory Stoffel is just right for you! In recent years, the old factories have been converted into lofts and complemented by new buildings in high-quality architecture to a successful ensemble. A specially created Schräglift connects the area to the village. The Wangs-Pizol valley station can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

This chalet is centrally located in the beautiful village of Laax, with a lovely garden featuring a lounge and a balcony with a stunning view. In winter: The house is a 2-minute walk from the ski bus stop, and a 5-minute walk from the ice rink and the beginner's pony lift. In summer: The house is a 4-minute walk from the lake and the indoor swimming pool, and 5 minutes from the newly opened longest treetop path in the world (Senda dil Dragun).

Family apartment + central

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Duplex Studio with Stunning Views in La Punt

Our apartment is located on the sunny side of the upper Engadin Valley, at the edge of the cosy little village La Punt. As part of the 4 star residence La Mora it offers amenities such as a reception desk, a sauna and a games room and it is easy accessible either by public transport or car. Bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.
