A lovely, character filled one-bed garden flat located on a quiet street off Lewes Road, a 5-10 min walk from vibrant North Laine. A lovely spacious front room, and front and back gardens for catching some sun. Please note, we have two cats that may be in the house during your stay and need some feeding (depending on how long you’re staying) - they come and go as they please and love cuddles! We also have two hens in the garden, who won't need any looking after, but may give you an egg or two

A beautiful little cottage at the bottom of the old town of Rye with an open fire, sweet bathroom & private courtyard. It suits a couple & child (3 guests max). Beautiful decor & very cosy. Fast Wifi, Sky TV, logs & coal, tea & coffee, biscuits etc. The beds have extremely comfortable mattresses with the finest feather pillows & duvets. Bike rental is available opposite the house to explore the area. Come back from the beach, light the fire, have a bath, pour a glass of vino and totally relax!

The Studio is very pretty & secluded so you feel that is nothing else around you ,it's so peacefull & quiet .when you enter inside you have a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities with washer dryer ,aside the kitchen is a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower soft towels ,toilet & basin,the living area has comfortable armchairs & a wall bed with beautifully linen & tastefully decorated white walls ,there is also a log fire which is supplied with logs for the winter.
