Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. Ideal for business use or visiting many beautiful surrounding areas. We have Wheelgate park and white post farm within walking distance ideal for all ages. Rufford Abbey, Newstead Abbey, Sherwood pines visitors center ,Papplewick pumping station and many more historical places. We also have some lovely local pubs & takeaways.

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

lime tree cottage is a band new barn convention with its own private hot tub, this very equipped cottage sleeps 2 and a infant or a camp bed is available on request. This spacious little cottage has a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, sink and w/c. In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv and beautiful views down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need, also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There are some beautiful walks and pubs in walking distance.

A quiet and comfortable self contained house with private off street parking in the middle of the National Forest. The pub and village shop are a 2 minute walk away. This 4 bedroom holiday home. The downstairs is tiled water fed underfloor heating with marble look tiles, free off road parking for at least 2 cars or 2 extra large vans on the drive, spacious garden with play area, patio and garden room to 55 inch tv and stylish new kitchen. The rear garden is safe and secure for pets, we don't envisage any dogs being able to escape, although if they do, we hold no responsibility for this and recommend pets are supervised at all times.
