Sit out on the spacious porch of this classy duplex. Beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick. Added color comes from the patterned rugs and bedspreads, plus select artwork choices. Additional to the queen beds in each of the bedrooms we do offer a full size queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Due to the extra cleaning that is involved to ensure the house is spotless for the our next guests we due charge a $30 pet cleaning fee. TIEC-21min FENCE- 11min Asheville- 51min Spartanburg- 40min Greenville- 57min From here, downtown is an easy walk away. Local recommendations nearby include Huckleberry restaurant for dinner, plus 10 North Trade Cafe for breakfast and lunch, while Buck's has first-class pizzas.
