And it comes with a long-running family history. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely renovated and have a top modern standard. The rest of the house keeps the historic charm with wooden walls and floors. The property is 2400 square meters. There is parking space for three cars. But the best: The view! You will love it!

Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Cozy apartment near the center of Sand. Stunning fjord and mountain views, great hiking area both winter and summer time. Located fine for day trips to Stavanger and Prekestolen. The apartment is best suited for 2 or 3 people, but has decent space for four for a short stay. However, it may still be possible that the hot water does not make it to four people, but then it is possible to use the bathroom to the host by appointment.

My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.
