Lovingly furnished 2-room apartment in the south suburb. 2 minutes to the tram stop (by tram it is about 5 minutes to the city center) or to the bus, on foot about 15-20 minutes to the city center. Bakery and well-stocked supermarket around the corner. On request with cot and highchair as well as toy box. A stone's throw to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse (Karli) with many pubs and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.

Sit back and relax – in a spacious accommodation. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the countryside. To really relax, our place also offers a hot tub and sauna. (for a fee: Sauna €50 per day/hot tub 50€ per day) !Use possible only until 10pm due to the legal quiet time! Free parking. Gas grill can be used for 10€. The accommodation is also suitable for 5 persons by arrangement.

In 20 minutes on foot or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city centre, on foot you only have 5 minutes to the parks at the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, the apartment is cozy and individually decorated, yet not complete. We can accommodate up to 5 people.

My flat is a five minute walk away from the stadium (Red-Bull Arena) and a fifteen minute walk away from the city centre. It is located near the beautiful canal Elstermühlgraben and the city port. The flat is of high quality and well equipped.
