You have access via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the entrance to the house. The thermo - playful center of Balnea is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to enjoy the slopes ( mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its route. But also from PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car ( 8 min in SKYVALL ).

In a wooded and very quiet residence, with swimming pool (in summer) 3 room apartment, perfectly equipped for 6 people. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with views of the mountains, in absolute calm. Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. Very warm and cozy mountain cottage . It has panoramic views of the lake and the Pic du Midi . It has been recently renovated. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom that overlooks the landing with a single bed, a cabin bed and a bed in a hut perched . The Payolle site is a magical place called "Little Canada" because the lake is lined with beautiful fir trees. You will be able to perform a lot of varied activities.
