My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur valley, near the Ecrins Park, the ski resorts and the water body of St Julien. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Serre-Ponçon Lake is a 30-minute drive away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood.
