This stylish and cosy newly renovated house with a large salon and two double bedrooms, with stunning south facing view over the Mont Blanc Massif, is a 5 min walk from the Brevent station. You can start your summer hikes just from your front door. It is an 11 min walk from the city center but it is advised to have a car for groceries as we live up the hill from the city. le Gaillands climbing area and lake are a 10 min walk. It is located at the entrance of the peaceful area of Moussoux.

It is located next to the leisure base of Lac aux Dames (outdoor pool, open only in summer, tennis court, lake and playground for the children!). Also close to the skating rink (10 minute walk) and the GME (large express mountain) to access the ski slopes. You have at your disposal a parking space just behind the house.
