This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150m². This chalet includes 5 bedrooms , 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards sur Thônes , 900 m above sea level, equidistant from the Clusaz and Grand Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat . The chalet is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility.
