Small terraced house with our home, equipped to accommodate 4 adults (or up to 5 people for people traveling with children) with a master bedroom and a children's room with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. 100m from the beach ( down the street ) and with swimming pool and children's paddling pool in a luxury residence with secure parking. Parental room South facing balcony and shaded ( ideal in case of heavy heat) kitchen open team my living room. For children a bed in a corner called cabin (bunk beds). Possibility to provide linen.

Old house in the village of Sainte-Marie sur mer (municipality of Pornic). House of 45 sqm adjoining that of the Owners. Quiet and very good insulation between the two. Beach at 100 m , shops at 50 m. Pornic is a pretty seaside resort on the coast of Jade, 50 km from Nantes.
