Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our single-family house with beautiful views of the Three Lakes landscape. 200 m to the lake open-air swimming pool. An extensive hiking network, cycle paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with football golf golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. The Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The car can also stop for climbing, the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube bike path leads about 500 m away from the house. Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
