Masseria Urselli is an ancien residence dating back to the 15th cent. nestled in Ostuni countryside, a few minutes driving from Ostuni centre. It consists of 2 freestanding housing units that can also be adjoining: "GREEN APARTMENT" is over two levels. At the ground floor: a large living area with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom; on the mezzanine level: another double bedroom with private bathroom. All the units have a private outdoor area. Pool will be available from June 2020.

A masseria (farmhouse) built in the 17th century and set amongst ancient olive trees with a walled citrus garden, the main house has been recently restored. The large garden is framed by stone walls and contains 800 year old olive trees, figs, Carob trees, grapes and more. A pool is being constructed and will be completed for the summer of 2025.
