Guest suite on a quiet country property

This is a self contained guest suite attached to the main home. There is a separate entrance off the front veranda. Cooking facilities do NOT include a stove. There is a refrigerator, micro-wave, toaster, slow-cooker, coffee-maker, kettle and ample dishes and kitchen utensils. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ on the patio as well as the patio itself. NEW FOR 2021. We now have a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. It has a J1772 Port. Please contact the host for rates and if you plan to use. Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by adults.

Family size air b&b by the sea

It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

We're located steps from the Salt Spring Island Brewery and have walking trails down to Burgoyne Bay park. Our property also has a free-ranging duck, chickens and a large friendly puppy! An amazing place to stay. The space provided includes access to a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom, and two living areas. If access to any other amenities please do not be afraid to ask. Great access to walking trails, hiking, kayaking, swimming and beach combing. A 5 min drive or a 20 min walk will bring you to the arts and crafts studios, local grocery shops, gas station, realestate offices, insurance, bakery, pizza truck, restaurants, liquor store and the local pub.
