La struttura è stata l'ambientazione del film di Comencini "Tutti a casa" con Alberto Sordi. Small apartment: Central and close to the sea.

The accommodation is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. You can easily walk to both destinations. Also just minutes away you will find the neighborhood "Venezia" where you can enjoy the typical restaurants and enjoy all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. Same for the famous Terrazza Mascagni which is nearby. The property is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Very bright environment, air conditioners, washing machine, WI-FI, television + console.
