beautiful and spacious house steps from the beach , nice and large garden plus pool, tranquility, parking for 5 cars, very quiet street. Kitchen equipped with separate freezer and dishwasher. Beach walks, walking along the waterfront , drinking coffee on the Sunday. Eat seafood , barbecue , rest. Children's playground. I can't provide towels Pool will have a gate. There is Directv only on the main piece. There are two Directv prepaid boxes that are charged per day at the supermarket

Our modern and nicely decorated apartment has a very edgy look yet a warm and cosy feeling. In front of the best beach in Algarrobo with a beautiful emerald color, a small conifer forest and white sands. Walking distance from a grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. only 40 minutes to Beautiful and World Heritage Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Hermoso departamento, completamente amoblado y equipado, muy cerca de Shopping Costanera Center. A solo una cuadra de estación de metro. La piscina panoramica solo funciona de quincena de noviembre a quincena de marzo y debes registrarte en conserjeria para poder hacer uso de ella, además se debe respetar como norma no llevar alimentos ni bebidas a la piscina. Funciona de martes a domingo, lunes está siempre cerrada

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
