The 75-square-metre apartment on the third floor of an apartment building in good condition has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 90 cm bed. The sofa bed in the living room also sleeps two people comfortably. The apartment is centrally located near the promenade, market, eateries and shops and the riverbank is only a few hundred meters away. There is a cinema on the same block and it is a short walk to the city's other cultural institutions. Parking in the courtyard is possible.

Pori Market and Travel Center (train and bus station) is a short walk (about 500m). There are two 200m grocery stores in the vicinity.
