Bright and clean one-bedroom apartment with a sauna on the shore of Jyväsjärvi. A house completed in an apartment building area along the Rantarait. A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

A two-bedroom apartment for a comfortable stay!

This unique and peaceful home makes it easy to enjoy both a work traveler and a vacationer. The apartment is located on the first floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground floor. The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed balcony, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. Heating fireplace parking space right next to the front door. In the yard, you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50 m, to the beach approx. 150 m. You took the outdoors right at the door.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Lakefront guest apartment w/jacuzzi/wooden sauna

Enjoy lakefront accomodation 6 km from center. Our basement floor guest suite has a private entrance and four windows. Usage of indoor sauna and jacuzzi (1,5h) in October-April included. Two showers indoors in the wash room. There're fridge, coffee maker, water kettle and microwave oven in the apartment. No full kitchen. May-September use of wooden sauna is included and it is possible to swim. There are coffee maker, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher in the sauna hut. Grill outside.

Superb apartment in the center of the town

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located address. Located only a couple of hundred meters walk from the very center of Jyväskylä with its shops restaurants and bars. Come and relax at our Petäjävesi cottage. The cottage is located in a beautiful forest courtyard, on a lakefront. In the yard there is a main cottage, a barn, and a sauna building with a separate sleeping area. So there are three different buildings that guarantee their own peace and quiet with a larger group of people. Petäjävesi cottage is located in the middle of nature, on a quiet and large plot. Winter cottage with all amenities on the lake. Cottage upstairs and downstairs bedroom with double beds and living room sofa for double bed. The household building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping area with a double bed. Gas grill and wood-fired barbecue can be found in the yard and can be seated under the lava. Easy to come by public transport. Ice rink on Lake Vesankajärvi in winter and sled track. Frisbeerata Vesala pit 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Broad Mountain 9 km.
