Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

Beautiful, idyllic apartment with large balcony

This beautiful and newly renovated apartment is located in a small idyllic farming village. It has a big balcony overlooking the garden and the horses. The apartment is bright and modern. The Steinhuder Meer, as well as the Deister are quick to reach. Within five minutes you are at the "Haste" train station, from where trains run every half hour towards Hanover, as well as towards Minden. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as a cat used to live in it.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Beautiful bright 3-room apartment with fireplace + garden

The approx. 95 sqm, beautifully bright condo is newly renovated and is waiting to receive nice guests:) In the garden there is plenty of space to relax, have breakfast, play with the children or nice barbecue evenings. In the cool season you can cozy up in front of the crackling fireplace and from home office at the desk to wellness under the rainforest shower, the apartment actually offers everything your heart desires :) Bedding and towels are included in the price;)

The living area is open and offers a view up to the gable, the well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace.The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof.
