Solution on the ground floor, about 45 square meters, inserted inside the structure "La Meridiana" which consists of a villa consisting of four apartments, with courtyard and fenced parking space. The villa, with 4 beds, consists of a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, front and back terrace, fenced parking space. It is about 200 meters from the sea (2/3 minutes walk), very central location and well served.

Holiday home "The high poplars"

Nestled in the green of the beautiful and charming Campotenese plateau, the natural gateway to the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on provincial road SP 241 ; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as parking. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is common, but very large, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. Tourist centers, lakes, and trails are just minutes away by car.

Casale Due Passi

Located in Marano Marchesato, the Casale is immersed in greenery, with views of the mountains. At your disposal the entire house, consisting of kitchen, living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The Villa has a shared swimming pool and a playground for kids with a soccer field (3vs3). It is 7 km from Cosenza, 20 km from Sila and 18 km from the Tyrrhenian coast.
